I provide a variety of online therapy sessions tailored to your unique preferences. You have the flexibility to adjust your chosen format as your needs evolve. Whether you prefer to begin with email or texting, we can easily transition to video calls when you're ready, and vice versa.

book your free consultation

Your complimentary consultation phone call will take about 15 minutes and will be conducted over the phone. During this conversation, I’ll gather some background information, discuss your counseling needs, and set up a schedule for your first session. If you have any questions about the sessions, feel free to bring them up during our consultation.

prepare for your first appointment

 I want you to make the most of our sessions together, so honesty is really important. Rest assured, everything we discuss will be confidential and free of judgment.  During our session, I'll ask you what has led you to seek counseling and what you hope to achieve. As expected, I'll inquire further to understand what has contributed to your current situation. And please, don’t hesitate to bring up any questions you might have!

How many sessions will you need?

You don’t have to rush in and divulge every intimate detail of your life. Tell me as much as you can about your situation but do it at your pace. I will not rush you or push you to talk about things you aren’t ready to talk about. This is your space so you can take as much time as you need.
